I began having severe back pain last October one day when I woke up. I couldn't move and was in tremendous pain. My doctors prescribed me medication that I wasn't comfortable taking and sent me to physical therapy which did not help. I began to research and found Dr. Lin. Since seeing him and being treated I am no longer experiencing any pain as long as I keep up with my treatment. After some imaging from my regular doctor it was determined that I have a herniated disc, but since coming here I have had no complaints with my back pain and do not have to take medication either. A multitude of things created the perfect storm in my low back resulting in great pain, and limited movement. Dr Lin and his staff were extremely helpful in education, guidance, and treatment. I have experienced much improvement in just a few weeks. He has helped to decrease my pain, increase my mobility, all resulting in my ability to return to most of my activities. I have been to many Chiropractors over the years, I came to Dr. Kevin with issues in my lower left hip, what has amazed me is that the only place ever adjusted was my neck and after a year of going routinely, I notice great improvement in my hip area. I am an absolute believer that it starts with the head and cascades down from there. I like the x-ray approach where we aren't just adjusting things unnecessarily and you won't be adjusted if you don't need it. Everyone should be on a maintenance program with this approach in my opinion. The office staff has always been very professional and courteous. I can highly recommend Kevin Lin.read more

On behalf of my wife who is a patient of Dr. Lin: I cannot recommend Dr. Kevin Lin at Precision Chiropractic enough! For the past few months, I have been seeing Dr. Lin for severe sciatica pain that affected my back and caused shooting pain down my legs. My back pain began years ago when I broke my pelvis during childbirth, and I have struggled with it ever since. Having a retired chiropractor as a father and having seen various chiropractors over the years, I can confidently say that Dr. Lin is exceptional. Some chiropractors I visited were good, while others were ineffective, but Dr. Lin stands out as the best. He started my treatment by conducting a thorough X-ray and took the time to sit with me and clearly explain my issues. He defined a comprehensive treatment regimen that addressed my specific needs. Throughout my treatment, Dr. Lin's technique made me feel very comfortable and, for the first time in years, I am no longer suffering from back issues. His staff is also incredibly nice and accommodating, making each visit a pleasant experience. I cannot thank Dr. Lin enough! Without "cracking" anything, he has realigned my body very gently, from the neck down. I was suffering from dizzyness, shoulder pain, sciatica, low back and hip pain. The dizziness is gone! All other symptoms are greatly improved. I went from taking NSAIDS and Ibuprofen every day to taking them only occasionally. I expect to have some aches and pains at my age (76 next month), but I am thankful to feel so much better than I did, and able to resume some activities that I had thought were gone from my life!read more

Dr. Lin was highly recommended to me. Although I was willing to go, I was skeptical about chiropractors because of stories from other people. Snapping, cracking, and popping. I was fearful of ending up in more pain than I was in. I had gone through several physical therapists and always seemed worse for it. Or was told pain management (drugs) would help. That was not for me. I was assured that Dr. Lin could help. So off I went, and I am thrilled that I did. From the moment you arrive you are met by a professional and friendly staff. Everything is explained, questions about your condition are asked so they completely understand you, and any questions you have are answered clearly. He is the doctor that we all long to have now a days. After each session I was feeling better and relaxed. After several sessions I clearly saw a change and so did others. I am now able to enjoy things I had given up doing. Simple things that just cumulatively added up slowly over time. Now a short overview of what my problems were that caused me to see Dr Lin. I had a bad spiral break on my left leg as a child which often ached. Had whiplash from a skiing accident, and several years ago I shattered my left heal falling off a ladder. Developed arthritis in my ankle. Attempting to feel better with exercise, I ended up fracturing my right knee and tearing the meniscus. I had at this point become so disillusioned by physicians, I didn’t go to the doctors for several weeks. At that point I was referred out to have my knee repaired. But all these things caused debilitating back pain and I ended up in the emergency room where I received a shot. In a nutshell, I was in pain. I really am so grateful to Dr. Lin. He truly believes in (as he should) and loves what he does. It is NeuroStructural Corrections. You should make an appointment for a consultation with him and learn about it. Also, not only are the problems I went to see him about improving, but things I didn’t even bother mentioning improved. I have gone to multiple chiropractors in the last 6-7 years as I have moved from state to state . I’ve seen chiropractors that manually crack my hips , spine , and neck and I’ve gone to an upper cervical chiropractor and this method is what Precision uses and it works best for me. I’m talking : horrible stiff neck , worst sciatic nerve pains you could dream up, feeling cold in my feet with zero feeling and I work manual labor and have a young son so every day I would wake up feeling debilitated . Asking myself “ok here are the pains you have today . How do we tackle them so we can make it through the work day? Then halfway through the work day I would have to plan either a short day or a full day to leave room for pain that would come playing with my son after work. Enough was enough and that isn’t a way to live and since I’ve been getting adjustments from Dr. Lin I have had so many days where I am perfectly fine . This was my first experience with chiropractics and my only regret was not taking this avenue sooner. Receiving treatments with Dr. Lin has been LIFE CHANGING. I’ve suffered from severe chronic headaches for as long as I can remember and my arms would “fall asleep” any time I laid down or reclined. Amazing is the first word that comes to mind when I think of Precision Chiropractic. Dr. Lin and his staff are truly an amazing group. I was referred to Dr. Lin by a coworker for sciatica pain. Once there I found out that my neck was out of alignment and had been for several years. After my first treatment I could already feel a difference. After a few regular treatments I have also noticed that I am not having as many headaches. For the past several years I have had headaches on a regular basis, almost daily. My neurologist had thought it was a chronic sinus infection that was causing the headaches. After my treatment with Dr. Lin, I am convinced that not all of it is sinus related. After suffering six vertigo attacks which would take months to recover from and after numerous appointments with my ENT doctor and testing with the the Hearing and Balance Institute in JAX, nothing helped. I had gotten to the point where I had given up on my doctors who simply referred to these attacks as simply being dizzy/spinning spells lasting for only sixty seconds several times a day for weeks was something I just had to suffer through, no big deal! I read on line about Dr. Lin and decided to give him a try. After the first adjustment I began to feel better. My neck and shoulders were so sore and tight. Apparently my neck/vertebrae’s were out of line. After seeing him I stopped having headaches every day and my neck and shoulders stopped hurting. I still continue to see an excellent PT who works with eye/balance exercises weekly. However, I think my adjustments by Dr. Lin have helped significantly and will continue my weekly visits. I have since discovered so many adults suffer from vertigo, making everyday duties difficult; bending over to pick something up, doing laundry, grocery shopping, driving, etc. Dr. Lin snd staff are great!read more

Dr Lin , two words: MIRACLE WORKER!!!!!An old athletic injury suddenly pounced on me with a vengeance. For weeks I lived in agony, covered in Icy Hot Fast forward… I called Pricision, had an apt the next morning. I walked in tears and within an hour I was assessed, evaluated, had a consult with Dr Lin including an adjustment. I left there PAIN FREE!!! I was in absolute but pleasant shock!!!! I opted for an extended plan of treatment, that I highly advise . It’s been well over 10 weeks and I have remained COMPLETELY PAINLESS!!! My experience with Dr. Kevin Lin and his staff has been very positive! I was looking for an upper cervical chiropractor when I found Dr. Lin. He is amazing! You feel welcome at the office, confident in the care you receive, and because of their ingenious block appointment scheduling your wait time is minimal. Dr. Lin takes the time to educate you about your spine health, techniques he will use to provide corrective care, and you know up front the plan he has for your care including time and cost. In 3 weeks I am feeling the benefits of ‘having my head on straight.’ For me, upper cervical chiropractic care gives me relief from upper back and shoulder pain, headaches, hip pain, and foot pain to name a few. I decided to see Dr Lin after 18 months of a persistent intense pain on the right side of my neck. The quality of my sleep had deteriorated significantly which was aggravated by weekly business travel. My mood changed, felt irritable, my blood pressure increased, and felt constantly tired. I began seeing Dr. Lin due to chronic pain in my thigh/hip area, similar to sciatica. It was determined that both my spine and neck were out of alignment, creating an imbalance in my posture. Precision Chiropractor definitely changed my life. Several years ago, I had a hip replacement. Two weeks later I rebroke the hip as well as my femur on the same side. After weeks of physical therapy, I was encouraged to walk with my walker and cane. My husband would walk with me. I could only walk about half a block. My back hurt so much as well as my hip and leg. Dr. Lin and his staff have been amazing to me for the last year and a half. I was referred to him by a S. Florida doctor January 2021. There they found my atlas was out of place. I didn’t know what that meant. I learned about the whole process from her of cranial cervical care and thus began my weekly treatments. She referred me to Dr. Lin’s office, as my local Jacksonville office. It is an hour away for me to drive, but worth every minute and every penny I spend. I have noticed, that on reviews, people either gush about it being the best thing that ever was, or rag about it being the worst. Well, I;m going to be a gusher! Dr. Lin at Precision Chiropractic is the best thing that has happened to me. He found a problem that years of many different types of doctors could not find. At first, when the treatment was working, but wouldn't stick for more than a couple of days, he dug deeper and found the underlying problem and steered me to the best source to fix that. All while continuing his work on me. I had vertigo that would completely put me down for days, headaches that no amount of ibuprofen would touch and I was unable to even sweep a floor without suffering the pain from it for days. I couldn't bend over without nearly passing out. Now, I can sweep my entire house and might have a little pain in my back that needs some aspercreme; whereas I was having the vertigo at least once a month at times, I have only had one episode in the last year, and my intake of ibuprofen has gone way down! Because, mine was such a long term and deep-seated injury, so is the treatment, but I started out with him at two times per week and I am now only seeing him once every three weeks. I cannot thank this man and his staff enough. I often feel guilty that I haven't given him referrals, but I don't know a lot of people. Well here's my referral........Go see Dr. Lin!! It is a pleasure to be able to report how much Dr. Lin and his Precision Chiropractic method has helped me. Here is my story: I have had a number of back issues over the years and thought that the lower back would always be painful. So, have had many experiences with chiropractic, physical therapy and injections for pain. In the last several years, I have averaged needing a pain shot every three months, but would push it out, the longest being seven months, till I was almost incapacitated. I went to Dr. Lin because of a fall that injured my upper back and shoulders. He fixed that in short order, and lo and behold, my lower back pain began subsiding, as well. It has now been nine months without the pain shot, and I don't foresee needing another one. I do still take an ibuprofen every so often, but it is becoming more rare. The method Dr. Lin uses is nothing short of a miracle... absolutely magic! So, I do highly recommend you visit him, and see for yourself.read more

Dr Lin has a fantastic hand and eye for spinal induced pain and discomfort. I do not live in Fernandina Beach, but if I did I would trust him with periodic care of some comfortable frequency. Dr. Lin and his team are absolutely AMAZING! I have 5 kids I stay home with and we are always doing something but I couldn’t keep up. My neck was hurting constantly which caused horrible pain and headaches almost daily. I couldn’t function has a mom or wife and I was starting to lose hope I could get any relief! When I first came to precision I was at one of the lowest points of my life suffering from severe anxiety. I suffered multiple concussions from playing hockey and suffered a particularly bad one 9 months ago which completely threw off my fight or flight. I went to multiple doctor’s and had no luck at all. I came to see Dr. Lin a few months ago and after the initial consultation he believed we could start getting me feeling better on his plan. I have to say I was skeptical at first since so many other things failed at helping me, but I took the plunge and went with the flow. I am so glad I did. After a couple of months I have seen massive improvements in my mental health and have gotten back a quality of life I’ve desired for quite some time. It seemed like I messed up my back (and neck) suddenly, but it was probably over a period of decades. When gigging flounder recently, I speared a fish and suddenly fell over backwards. Normally I will walk in the surf for miles. I got up and walked on, and within five minutes I speared another nice (20-inch) flounder, and again I fell over. I struggled to get back up, recovered the fish, and (soaking wet, and covered in sand and shells) decided that I needed to get out of there. Within minutes, I fell a third time - and I could not get up. I crawled 50 feet on hands and knees to a jetty rock and rested, then (very slowly) made my way to my truck. Nothing like that had ever happened to me before. Back, groin, leg, and knee pain hit me constantly, and I could not sleep at all. After my FIRST visit to Dr Lin, my pain was reduced and I could sleep most of the night. Currently, after only my third visit with Dr Lin, I am 95% pain-free nearly all day long, and I can sleep uninterrupted for 4-5 hour intervals. I will continue with anything Dr Lin recommends. I am amazed at how much better I feel, and am grateful to Dr Lin and his staff.read more

I went to Precision Chiropractic thinking it was like the normal chiropractor that will adjust you and send you on your way. I had no idea that he would be doing X-rays, balance and neurological testing to see if I qualified for the treatment Dr. Lin provides. I’ve noticed improvements in so many areas! This chiropractic office has been such a saving grace for me since 2019!! As someone who used to work in a chiropractor office at a different location previously (loved it and the dr) I thought I wouldn’t be impressed. I was wrong for sure! Not only is their location convenient, the office staff is always helpful and friendly. Faith is always helping me make sure I’m able to be fit in if my schedule changes last minute. Dr. Lin is knowledgeable and cares about the outcome of treatment. I no longer have weekly migraines. I’m also on my second pregnancy with him using Webster technique and I have had ZEROOOOO issues as far as the typical round ligament pain in pregnancy. The technique he uses for upper cervical is exactly what my body needed. He doesn’t use manual adjustments the way a typical chiropractor does. I’ve noticed that I am able to go longer in between sessions because my body doesn’t start “aching/craving” for the adjustment like it used too before I started at their office. Dr Lin and his staff are the best. I had struggled with chronic sinus infections and lost sense of smell for several years. After being faced with another sinus surgery I looked into seeing a chiropractor. I’m so thankful I did! I am doing so well. No surgery and I can smell with the help of Dr Lin! It’s been over 2 years now and I can say it’s been a huge improvement to my quality of life. I recently also went through my third pregnancy. It was night and day compared to the first 2 without the help of a chiropractor. My first two pregnancies I felt terrible every single day. I was nauseous most of the time and had terrible aches and pains. With the last pregnancy I was nauseous for about a week and then it went away! I also wasn’t as achy and had much more energy. I take my children as well and they have been much less sick overall since seeing Dr Lin. My first 2 boys had to have tubes from chronic ear infections. It's been a few months since I started with Dr. Lin, I recently told him that I almost forgot why I went to him originally! After about 3 weeks, I gradually started back to exercise & walking. Now without realizing it I am back to my full routine pain free! I just took it for granted. I will continue a maintenance program so that I can continue moving forward So a big Thank You to Dr. Lin. I originally came to Precision Chiropractic suffering from a major back strain. They fit me in the schedule that day and after an examination and adjustment I had instant relief! Dr. Lin pinpointed the cause of my lower back issues and suggest a course of action plan. Most Chiropractors make adjustments and there is no end in site. The Precision Chiropractic plan "fixes" the issues. I've almost completed my treatments and can't believe what a difference it has made! I went to Precision Chiropractic as a last resort before going to a Pain Clinic. I have always been a non believer in this kind of treatment. Dr. Lin has proved me wrong! I want to tell you how awesome doctor Lin at precision chiropractic is. He has helped me to regain my quality of life. I have been dealing with horrible back problems, and an extreme amount of pain for over 25 years. I have had 5 different surgeries, including a spinal fusion at c5 c6. and countless procedures like epidural injections, facet block injections as well as a spinal cord stimulator. None of which helped. 2 of the surgeries I had were misdiagnosed and completely unnecessary including the spinal fusion at c5,c6. I had all be given up on life. This is very emotionally draining and hard for me to even talk about or even try to put into words the hell I have endured over the past 25 years. I will tell you that the medical system has ruined my life thus far. I have lost everything!!! When I say everything I mean everything! I had an amazing life before I put my trust in my doctors and the medical system in this country. So, if you have a back problem and want to avoid what I went through. I would go see Dr Lin at Precision chiropractic . He has been a life saver for me. I only wish I would have known about him sooner, better late than never I guess. I wish I could attach the pictures of the x-rays dr Lin took on my first day and the recent x-ray. My 1st x-ray shows my cervical spine with the curve going in the wrong direction and the recent x-ray with my cervical spine that has regained some of it's natural curve. Anyway I could go on and on about how awesome he is but you don't have to take my word for it. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Lin at Precision chiropractic. I was in the hospital last year with a chronic issue and I didn’t think it would get better. My mom heard of Dr. Lin from a friend and she told him about my problem. I was glad when my mom and I went to see him because he seemed ready to help me. I finally felt hopeful. It’s been a year since the hospital, a year of being treated at Precision Chiropractic, and a year since I’ve had any issues. Dr Lin and his staff are the best. I have struggled with chronic sinus infections and lost sense of smell for several years. I was in a 4 car pile up and thought I was fine until the next day. I woke up with severe headaches for 7 days afterwards and as much as I don't like going to the Dr, self help was not effective at all. My daughter recommended Precesion Chiropractic so I went. I have been seeing chiropractors since I was 12 years old. Mainly for scoliosis. At 14 years old I had a 3 wheeler accident and landed up against a pine tree. It knocked me out. I cracked a neck bone, broke a collar bone and tore all the ligaments in my left arm and shoulder from what those doctors told me. I’m lucky to be here I guess. For 30+ years now I’ve been in quite a bit of pain in my neck, shoulders and lower back. I have a high pain tolerance apparently, cause I refuse to take pain pills or anything for the pain, besides maybe some ibuprofen and goody powders. I’ve suffered with bad headaches pretty much daily for years. Neither of the 2 chiropractors I’ve seen for years could help me any longer, for everything they did put me in more pain over a period of years. It got so bad I broke down in tears. My oldest sister found Precision chiropractic, Dr Kevin Lin. If it wasn’t for him I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done. I was tired of being in pain. I’m very much an active gardener and always outside. I’m terrible about lifting heavy things cause I’m just independent that way. I had gotten scared to do anything for fear my neck was going to lock up on me. At least that’s how it felt anyway. I was honestly scared to even go to another chiropractor for fear they’d hurt me worse or not be able to help me. But I was at my wits end and had to do something or I would be out of work. I feel like Dr Lin, saved my life. I haven’t felt this good in years. Don’t get me wrong I still have pain here and there. But nothing compared to what I was when I first made that Hour and half trip from home to his office. It’s been worth the drive from day one! I highly recommend Dr Lin, or any other chiropractors that practice the same procedures as him, to anyone looking for pain relief. I for one have a lot of nerve and ligament damage in my neck. Along with my bones trying to disintegrate. Especially if your looking for real pain relief and not just something to mask the pain like pain meds tend to do. I for one didn’t want surgery and I was told that was my last resort to get relief. So thank you Dr Kevin Lin, from the bottom of my heart. Staff is caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Lin explained everything that was to be expected during treatment. I was hesitant due to a bad experience in the past, but this was nothing like a regular chiropractor. My issue is in my neck, and all the treatment consists of is a small hammer looking tool and a few light taps on a particular spot, and viola! Dr. Lin uses x-rays to ensure that he is in the correct spot, and I have full confidence with every treatment.read more

I started seeing Dr. Lin when I was pregnant with my first and experiencing a lot of Round Ligament Pain. Precision Chiropractic's approach to treatment is very different from experiences I've had at every other chiropractor's office I've visited over the past 25 years. At every visit, Dr. Lin bases his treatment on objective measurements. Dr. Lin does not simply "crack" parts of the body as a matter of course -- I find his approach to be thoughtful, scientific, and sensible, while utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. My initial course of treatment resulted in stabilizing the atlas of my spine, and since that time, I've had very little/no discomfort or return of previously recurring "right higher hip" (my term, not his....). My body is working so much better since I've found Dr. Lin and Precision Chiropractic. I highly recommend him. Oh, and the office staff is great, too!read more

My entire family loves Precision Chiropractic and Dr Linn. The staff is friendly and personable. Dr. Linn is very thorough in educating you on his method designing a plan specific for your needs. His technique is very different than other Chiropractors we have been to in the past. He does not crack and twist every part of your neck and back, which we appreciate. My husband and I have gone for separate neck issues and feel 100% again. Even better our adjustments have held and we do not need to continue to return every month. We have taken our (at the time) one month old baby and he assisted with her tummy issues and congestion. My daughter and I were in a terrible car accident. I started seeing Kevin about 8mths after the accident. I was having a terrible time sleeping, doing basic day to day activities. I could barely use my right side. I couldn’t work out. Just lifting my right arm was painful in so many areas. Sleeping on my right side was not even an option. I was recommended to see Dr Lin by a friend after continuously complaining about my neck and shoulder pain. I consistently had headaches and all of this has gone on for several years. I previously visited my primary care physician, had MRIs completed, x-rays, and other testing. There seemed to be no resolution in ending or trying to help the pain except medication on top of medication. I finally went to see Dr Lin and the thoroughness in his consultation sold my husband and I. We knew I needed to give his treatment a try. It made sense. After just the second visit I was already feeling relief. He provided a treatment plan, and I followed it. My headaches are gone. The pain is minimal, if any, as well as other noticeably important daily functions you may not realize are not performing as they probably should. You will be amazed at how much you learn when you have any kind of correction needed in your neck or spine. I sleep better, I can think clearly, and I'm able to exercise more. I came into Dr. Lin’s office in agony 2.5 months ago. My disposition was negative and hopeless about my health and most everything else in the world around me. I was very hesitant of going to yet another chiropractor after seeing more than a handful over the years, but at the nudging of a friend I went to the free evaluation. Dr. Lin explained everything so well and took the time to answer my questions. After my evaluation he explained the severity of my problem and I began treatment. I have herniated discs, degenerated discs, bone spurs, and total torn ligaments in my neck. I knew I was hurting for a reason. After 2.5 months I feel better than I’ve felt in 20 years. I’m happy and care about others with a positive attitude. I care more about myself as well. I made a 180 degree turn. My friends keep asking me what has happened to you. I am not one that usually writes reviews, but Precision Chiropractic is not something I can keep quite about. If I hadn't experienced it for myself, I would not believe it. I have had upper back pain for over 20 years, and because of an accident I have had lower back pain and knee pain for the past 9 years. I have only been going to Dr. Lin for a couple of months, but I can honestly say that I am in awe at the difference it has made. I no longer have back pain (upper or lower). I no longer have pain or swelling in my knee. I have tried other Chiropractors but this is totally different. I have other health issues that are improving too. You have to give Dr. Lin a try, you will not believe the difference. AND it is totally painless.read more

I have been skeptical of chiropractors for a long time. I do not enjoy being bent and cracked and feel like my head is about to be snapped off. I know people who like that, I’m not one of them. A friend referred me to Dr. Lin and assured me he was not like the conventional chiropractors I’ve seen in the past. A little nervous I went in for a free consult and immediately felt at ease by the staff. The office is very nice and clean and the girls at the front desk are friendly, patient and kind. After meeting with Dr. Lin and he explained what it is they focus on I knew this was the place for me. I had an old injury that caused my neck and shoulders to hurt for years. My poor husband would have to rub and massage my shoulders almost every night. I had headaches and migraines from tension in my shoulders. Fast forward 6 months later and I can’t tell you the last time I had a headache and my husband hasn’t had to massage my shoulders on a daily basis!!! Dr. Lin is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. You aren’t just a number called, he studies your x-rays and body structure to give you the individualized care that you need. We are all built different and have different ailments and he really does customize care. It’s not a quick pop and your done. Now the major plus, 2 weeks ago I was in a car accident with my 3 children. I contacted Dr. Lin and he had me and my boys come in to be checked out....on his day off! Not many Doctors will do that, especially on a holiday weekend. He took the time to examine all of us, he was so great with my boys. His compassion for his trade does not go unnoticed. I highly recommend if you’re in any pain or deal with ongoing medical conditions that have only been treatable with drugs to contact him and get checked out. I suffer from chronic pain and illness. While medications have served their purpose, I just couldn't foresee being on them for the rest of my life. I ALWAYS find my way back to Dr.Lin!
